Clint Cooper joined eBiscom
in March 2000, directing the Technical Development
of the Dix.it UMTS consortium. Now, as CTO he
is responsible for Network Technology Planning
and Development. Prior to eBiscom, Mr. Cooper
was with Vodafone AirTouch coordinating the Technological
Planning and Development for Vodafone Europe,
Middle East and Africa. Mr. Cooper holds a BS
in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Telecommunications
Engineering. |

Rod Randall joined St.
Paul Venture Capital as a general partner in November
2000. Based in the firm's Boston office, he focuses
on wireless infrastructure investments. Mr. Randall
was formerly chief marketing officer at Lucent
Technologies. |

Rowbotham

Tom Rowbotham joined St.
Paul Venture Capital in November 2000 as a Boston-based
venture partner. He is an engineer and a senior
executive with more than 36 years experience in
the networking and telecommunications fields.
He served most recently as Director of Technology
at British Telecom (BT). |

Marin
Managing Partner CIR Ventures
Giacomo Marini has served as Director
of Minerva since June 2003. Now Managing Partner
of CIR Ventures, a venture capital firm, and the
Silicon Valley representative for CDB Web Tech,
Mr. Marini is also Chairman of TES Automation, MyCasa
Network and Marini Group. Concurrently, he is director
of Kataweb, PC-TEL, Ecrio and Teltier. Further,
he has been Chairman of Teknema, an Internet applicances
company. In 1981, Mr. Marini co-founded Logitech.
He first served as director and member of the management
team that launched Logitech, driving it to become
a world leader in computer-input devices. He served
most recently as Chief Operating Officer; prior
he was Executive Vice President, Engineering and
Operations; and Vice President of Engineering. Before
joining Logitech, Mr. Marini held a variety of technical
and managerial positions with Olivetti and IBM.
Mr. Marini holds a Laurea degree, cum laude, in
computer science from the University of Pisa, Italy.

Sharad
Sharma
CEO and Co-founder
Sharad Sharma has 15 years
of experience between the IT and Telecom industries,
and led the 3G Mobile Internet Services architecture
group at Lucent. Prior to Lucent, Mr. Sharma was
the sixth employee of the Apple Computer supported
startup, Ivy Systems Limited, managing product
development for Ivy’s shrink-wrap software. He
holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering. |
Guda
Venkatesh
CTO and Co-founder
Guda Venkatesh has more
than 10 years of experience in Telecom R&D. At
Bell Laboratories, he led the creation of innovative
technologies in the areas of meta directories,
instant messaging and presence management. He
was a Senior Research Scientist at Telecordia
where he made significant contributions to network
modeling. Mr. Venkatesh also pioneered the Presence
and Availability Management concepts. He holds
a PhD in Computer Sciences and a Bachelor’s degree
in Computer Science Technology. |
